Precision Agriculture through FarmD ERP: The proprietary FarmD ERP system is central to Uncompromised’s approach. This advanced platform enables farmers to make data-driven decisions in real-time, optimizing every aspect of their farm’s productivity. By building resilient ecosystems on each plot, Uncompromised reduces dependency on external inputs, ensuring that soil health and crop yield naturally improve over time.

Vulnerability of Open-Field Agriculture: Traditional open-field farming exposes crops to unpredictable weather, pests, and diseases. Uncompromised mitigates these risks through diversified crop systems and integrated rainwater management, creating farms that can adapt to environmental stresses.
Soil Degradation: Soil health deteriorates due to excessive use of synthetic chemicals. Uncompromised’s regenerative farming practices focus on soil regeneration through natural techniques.
Access to Knowledge and Markets: Farmers often lack the knowledge and resources to adopt sustainable practices. Uncompromised bridges this gap by providing tech-enabled knowledge transfer through their ERP system.

Reduction in Chemical Use: By promoting regenerative practices, farming systems enhance carbon sequestration by improving soil organic matter through the use of natural compost and agroforestry. Their approach supports the long-term storage of carbon in soil. This helps maintain water tables and prevents soil erosion.

Current Targets Segments: Operates on 8 farms, ranging from 0.1 to 16 acres, across the Udaipur region.
Future Target Segments:Aims to expand to 60 acres by the end of FY 2024-25, with plans for commercial expansion into other Indian cities. The growth strategy includes scaling to 1,600 acres by 2028 and 10,700 acres across 10 cities by 2030.

A holistic, tech-enabled approach to regenerative agriculture combines real-time farm management with sustainable, circular farming practices, making it economically viable for smallholder farmers.

Sikander Siraj (Co-Founder): Sikander has over 20 years of experience in managing global operations and sustainability strategies, having built sustainability roadmaps for major corporations like SLB.
Saurabh Singhvi (Founder): An IIT Bombay alumnus with over 11 years in the Oil & Gas industry, Saurabh transitioned to regenerative farming, laying the foundation for Uncompromised’s regenerative approach through his experimental work at Jaisa Farm. He is also the developer of the FarmD ERP system, which is integral to Uncompromised’s tech-enabled farming model.
Ashima Goyal Siraj (Co-Founder): Ashima brings a blend of technology expertise from her time at Texas Instruments and deep insight into the education and development sectors through her Master’s from the London School of Economics.
Krati Singhvi (Co-Founder): Krati, with an M.Phil from the University of Oslo, brings expertise in nutrition and health. Her work focuses on ensuring that Uncompromised’s farming practices produce healthy, nutritious food. She also oversees product development and value-added offerings.
