Diffuson Coatech LLP offers MetaBoid, an advanced Chemical Vapor Diffusion (CVD) coating technology that enhances wear, corrosion, and oxidation resistance for industrial components, withstanding temperatures up to 800°C, in extreme conditions.

MetaBoid is a patented advanced coating technology that extends component lifespan by up to 6x, protecting industrial components from corrosive environments and physical wear.
Their process eliminates the use of harmful chemicals like hexavalent chromium.

Component Failure & Emissions: Industrial components often experience premature wear and corrosion. MetaBoid reduces downtime while also cutting down emissions by 66% and decreasing the frequency of component replacements.
Inadequate Protection in Harsh Conditions: Traditional coatings tend to degrade in extreme environments. MetaBoid’s solution withstands temperatures up to 800°C and protects against damage from sulfur, carbon, and hydrogen.

By minimizing material degradation and reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacements, MetaBoid’s technology contributes to a reduced carbon footprint.

Current Target Segments: Applications in pumps and valves for the oil & gas industry, the airline industry, and tools and dies.
Future Target Segments: Expansion into down-hole tools and other related high-performance components for extreme environments.

Eco-Friendly Process: In contrast to coatings like hard chrome and High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spray, MetaBoid’s process is free from harmful chemicals.
